Dr. Madison Culler, D.M.D.
Dr. Culler is dedicated to providing the best quality dental care you can receive in the Charleston area. Dr. Culler offers the highest quality diagnostic tools with comfort conscious technology, in a cottage style office.

I aide in the screening and prevention of many life-threatening health problems, including infections or oral cancer, by providing state of the art diagnostics. In addition, I am able to alleviate dental pain. All the while producing a gorgeous smile.”
His Background
Where did Dr. Culler attend Dental School?
Dr. Culler was born and raised in Camden, SC – just northeast of Columbia. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina. Upon completion of college, his path led him to our beautiful city of Charleston, where he attended The James B. Edwards MUSC College of Dental Medicine and earned his license in 2017.
While a student at MUSC, Dr. Culler worked as a research assistant and apprentice in the implant prosthodontics clinic and developed a passion for the cutting-edge skills of CAD/CAM and 3-D printed restorations.
Continued Learning
Dr. Culler has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education courses and advanced training in the fields of surgical implant dentistry and digital smile design. Through his research and professional learning, he is able to perform these procedures with extreme precision and attention to detail, offering unparallel services to his patients.
Vision for Shem Creek Dental
He created a vision for a practice where he could provide comprehensive patient centered care with the latest techniques, while using Leading Edge technology to give each patient the highest quality care. Over the past few years, he has brought this vision to fruition.
Outside of the office
Outside the office, Dr. Culler cherishes family time with his wife, Ashley and their two children, Evelyn and Henry.
You may find him regularly attending the Mount Pleasant Farmer’s Market, strolling the Old Village, frequenting Alhambra Hall and Pitt Street bridge. He loves golfing, tending to his impressive house plant collection, hunting for shark teeth along the coast and staying active with his family. Family is everything for Dr. Culler.
