Shem Creek Dental offers the gold standard for dental diagnostic equipment a “CBCT”, which is a 3D x-ray machine. The CBCT can aid in tooth and bone health screening, treatment planning, and oral cancer detection. Dr. Culler has completed extensive training in areas ranging from oral surgery and implant placement to veneers and digital smile design. We simplify your dental experience.
For services, we offer in-office milled crowns and bridges - fabricated in one visit. 3-D printed dentures and partials. Clear orthodontic aligners, professional whitening and sleep apnea monitoring. Surgical extractions, implant placement and implant crowns.
Dr. Culler offers smile design consultations, including 3-D printed “mock-up” smiles. This allows you to be able to try on your new smile BEFORE committing to it… He can use this design to fabricate permanent 3-D printed veneers or porcelain ceramic veneers. We are one of the few practices in the country that offers this type of accessibility to the most up-to-date and researched backed technology.

It all starts with a Smile Design Consult. During this appointment, we will take a digital impression of your upper and lower teeth, then take photographs of your smile.
Next, this information is uploaded into our robust design software, Exocad, where Dr. Culler can combine these digital smile details and synergistically place over your photographs to then design perfectly proportioned and aesthetic restorations such as Veneers or Implant Crowns.
Our office is unique in the fact that we can then send these designs to our 3D printer, to create a mock smile "try in". With no preparation of your teeth necessary, you can "snap in" your smile to see what your veneers would look like before committing to the restoration. Guaranteed to love your results!
